Strengthen your muscles as well as jog.
Always stretch.
As soon as you experience reoccurring pain, visit a specialist.

Sore muscles, I would give them a break everyother day, muscles need to rest. Protien shakes help with muscle recovery. on the non-run days, work on your abs cause that will help with your run.
