Reese Cup Asked: Can I lose weight or stay fit by this?

Alright I'm 5'0 and twelve years old and last time I went to the doctors I was 136 and the doctor said I had to lose a couple of pounds and I'm now down to 130 and I usually walk a 40 minute walk from school to home along with a jog around the corner followed by 50 pushups, 30 situps, 30 crunches and then 30 leg lunges and ten jumping jacks. And I have extra exercise in gym class and I have quite a belly and if I suck it in I look skinny so I'm not that fat and I feel that I'm gaining wait because I have a small breakfast like an apple and for dinner I would usually have pizza or chicken and yellow rice or baked chicken wih macoroni and sometimes porkchops and sometimes friend chicken. I do skip lunch and alon with my exercise I go outside in the backyard for like 15 minutes and practice soccer but I'm not on a team. P.S. I DO DRINK LOTS OF WATER BUT I STILL LIKE SODA AND I DO LIKE TO SNACK A CUPCAKE AND MAYBR A SMALL CUP OF CHIPS
