coco Asked: Could I stand to lose a few pounds?

So, by all measurements (BMI, body fat percentage, etc.) I am in the normal range. However, I want to put it to the Yahoo! Answers community to see if I could stand to lose a few pounds and/or improve my body in some way.

Here are a few things about me that may help you decide whether or not I should lose some weight:

-> I am 5'7"
-> I weigh 144 lbs
-> my waist is 27.5 inches
-> my bust and hips are both 35.5 inches
-> my neck measures 13 inches around
-> my forearms are 10.5 inches around
-> my wrists are 6.5 inches around
-> depending in the body fat calculator, I have between 20 and 25% body fat
-> I am moderately active (I jog 10km/hour for 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week, I walk or bike everywhere as I don't have a car, I do body weight training for 15-20 minutes 1-2 times per week, I waitress for 4-7.5 hours 5 nights per week)
-> I eat fairly healthy (lots of fresh veggies and fruits; boneless and skinless chicken breasts, lean ground beef, and eggs are my go-to proteins; I go out to eat once per week, and I allow myself a very small treat every other day or so, but never on the same day as eating out)

With that in mind, here are some picks to help you decide (the first one is a really bad shot, sorry):

So what's the verdict? Should I lose a few pounds? Do I have any problem areas to work on? Thanks for answering.

Hi there,
you definitely have a healthy body mass index of 22.7. As you probably know, a healthy BMI is between 18.5-24.9 so basically you should just concentrate on your hips and waist areas to get rid of a little fat. An ideal BMI should be 20-21, with that your weight is easier to manage.
