kkaad9 Asked: i am getting the run around on my warranty for my washer/dryer what do I do!?

I bought a stackable washer dryer from a used appliances store and it came with a 90 day warranty….. it has broken twice before and now this is the 3rd time… I called on the 15th and my warranty ends on the 18th. I have called everyday now and i took off a day my boyfriend has taken off a day and now i am sitting here again waitting for them to tell me when they are coming. they keep saying we didnt call them at all whem i have history on our cells phones showing we called them. What happens on the 18th are they still responsable to fix it?
