i am an indian girl whose diet includes little bit of fat in the form of either oil,nutralite butter or sweets….usually i avoid sweets & butter.
so you can see, i am totally dependant on exercises.in the morning i have just half an hour for exercises.i am a student & its quite difficult for me to go for walks or jogging outside,either in the evening or morning.so kindly tell me exercises which i can do in my home….please don't advise me to buy anything(treadmill or ball)…i have hardly any space to keep them

and do runnng 3-4 days a week 30-40 mins a session
