rebecca Asked: Is it okay to go the gym with ‘arrhythmia’ symptoms?

Hi all
I've recently been in-and-out the dr's due to none-stop PVC's / PAC's.
I was placed on a Holter Monitor for 24 hours, and I'm waiting for the results…

I read that excersize is a good way to possibly reduce the PAC's / PVC's, but naturally with going the gym it can be a bit of a strain on a scared persopn' heart lol… I'm getting roughly about 6 a minute, sometimes I can't feel them when distracted but when I'm trying to relax, they're very disturbing =(

is it safe to do some slight jogging / walking / biking for an hour? I won't hear back about my result for another 2-3 weeks, and I need to have a lifestyle change. If there's no theatening diagnosis, I just think it's a sign to lose thtat 50lbs I really shoulnd't have on me…

thanks guys!
