IT'S SUMMER HURRAY! But there is one problem and that is weight gain for me. I'm 5'9" and about 170 pounds, and I was wondering if this is a good diet plan.

I will not starve my self, because it doesn't work.

But I was thinking, that I should go vegan for 3 months. Go jogging every morning and do some other excercises like crunches/sit ups and burpees or fast feet. And the only drink I should mainly drink is like water. If there are any other tips please feel free to offer them! I want to drop 20 pounds or more over 3 months, and my goal weghit 150 pounds or below.

If you want to lost 20 pounds in that time i suggest you DO drink water only, with some black unsweetened coffee or some tea without milk (unsweetened)
If you sport alot i'd suggest 4 brown breads for breakfast.

that sounds like a good plan for you or anyone, just healthy in general, and don't get discouraged if you don't lose that much, it's really only recommended that you lose up to 2 lbs a week, good luck icon smile Is this a good weight loss plan for a 14 year old?

Honestly cutting meat won't help. Lean meats such as fish and chicken and turkeys are great. So are fresh fruits and veggies. Salad. Canned tuna in water with a spinich salad, dried cranberries and pone nuts with anlight balsamic dressing is super yummy. Add fresh sliced strawberries are good with it too. You need the protein to work out to give you plenty of energy. Just watch your calorie intake. And yes drink lots of water.
