Last summer I had a goal to lose 5 pounds but it never happened. Over this year i gained 4 so I'd like to drop 10 by September (possible?). I'm looking for people who have experience with diet pills, exercises and plans to lose about 10 pounds.
I've heard some positive things about Thermo Phen Phen Gold as a good weight loss aid. Has anyone had good results from that? Any kind of weight loss aid/pill, natural or not, PLEASE leave your feedback on it here!! I want to make sure I buy one that has good reviews.
I'm naturally a pretty healthy eater; I love fruits and veggies and rarely eat fried things and love whole grain/high-in-fiber foods. I just have problems with portions and eating when I'm bored.
When I'm dieting I plan on power walking/jogging at the track for 3 miles 3 times a week and about 20 minutes of yoga a day. I work 8 hrs a day 5 days a week so that's all I really have time for. Anyone with good yoga poses or light calisthenics that are good for toning, PLEASE let me know?!

This is regarding your diet from a personal experience. Last year i was roughly 180 and i wanted to be 140! Carbs! Cut them out! Believe it or not, i dropped 37 lbs. in about 7 months and i've never felt better! Substituting for carbs helped alot. Also add in some Yoga Fat Burning workouts. Yoga-Zone DVD's have some good ones. Hope it helps!
hey, well i went great with herbalife i lost 20 pounds, however you dont need herbalife to lose weight, you have to get in a diet, the one im doing right now is cutting carbs amount, (pasta, rice, bread), and eating good protein, fish, chicken breast, some meats, eat vegetables, snack some fruits, i snack apples from walmart, do exercices, go walk or jog,
keep in mind that the only time where you can eat the worst things is in the breakfast because you will be burning it throught the day,in the night eat chicken breast with vegetables, and in the lunch get some carbs (not a lot) because your body needs energy too.
