My Weekly Workout, Please Help?!?

Asked: My Weekly Workout, Please Help?!?

So i've started a three day split routine and it goes like this:
On Monday i do 3 sets of 10 reps for all these exercises: Regular Grip Bench Press, Close Grip,Chest Flies, Skull Crushers, and tricep extensions.
On Wednesday i do 3 sets of ten reps for these exercises: Barbell Curls, Concentration Curls, Military Press, Dumbbell Rows, Preacher Curls and Wrist Curls.
On Friday I still do my 3 by tens for these: Squats, Dead-lifts, Leg Extensions, Calf Raises and Leg Curls.
Between every two workouts i jog in place for 5 minutes, and i do ten pushups and situps.
Also i either ride my bike or run almost ever day and on my off days(Tuesdays,Thursday and Saturdays, Sunday is my rest day) i do a combo of pushups,situps, scissor kicks and burpees.
So i was just wondering if this was a good routine and if i should add or get rid of anything.
Btw, im 17 and im around 5'9 and 175 pounds and im working for muscle growth
