No change after exercising for 2 months?! What am I doing wrong?

I used to have a very sedentary lifestyle and I have always been slim but my belly has always been bloated and I am not very toned.

I have now been exercising regularly for over 2 months- probably 10 weeks but I can't see any change to the way I look.

I am running 4k once a week, I see a trainer for an hour a week and do strength training (sit ups, press ups, leg raises sometimes weights and boxing, burpees etc). We usually end up going over by 20 mins.

I also cycle for an hour once a week and on a Saturday, I do 15 mins interval training (30 sec Sprint and one minutes jogs).

I am 5"2 and I weigh 7 stone 9 pounds (roughly 110 pounds).

I don't need to lose weight but I have saddlebags and my tummy sometimes looks pregnant (i have been asked if I am a few times!) And I have a waddle (fat under the chin).

I have been told the best way to see if exercise is making a difference is to see the fit of your clothes and not the scales but I can see no difference in either.

I am watching what I eat using myfitnesspal and log EVERYTHING I put in my mouth inc drinks, water etc. It is tellinge to eat 1200 cals and anything I exercise off too.

What am I doing wrong? I am beginning to lose motivation and hope…
