I'm 5'0 & 104 pounds. I'm 17.
I'm skinnyfat. lol -thin in clothes, jiggly in a bikini.
in the mornings I do a few stretches(just like toe touches) then I run/jog/walk 30 minutes. I meannn, I run fast for like 2 minutes then walk for 1, then jog for 3 & etc. (Monday – Friday)
breakfast's- cottage cheese with fruit. / cheerios with light soy milk. / toast with scrambled egg white.
snack's- cheese. / pickles. / pretzels.
lunch's- boca or morningstar veggie chiken patty or burger patty on wheat sanwich thin with veggies & mustard. / salad with balsamic dressing my mom made. / veggie & hummus wrap.
Walk / jog for 15 – 20 minutes around 2 pm . (monday – friday)
dinner's- whole grain rice with stirfryed veggies. / salad. / anything my mom makes.
I drink 4 bottles of water a day usually & I drink a cup of sleepytime tea before bed that I put honey in to sweeten.
:b I reaaaaally need to lose this fat on me.
Is what I'm doing/ how i'm eating enough? How long will it take me to lose fat? I've only been doing this like a few days. Anything I need to change about anything?? Pleaseee help with anything you can, any advice is welcome thanks
Ohh & when I run I get horrible cramps in my sides/abdomen & my head hurts (And it feels like I have have cinus? problems), my throat hurts, my legs feel like theyll give out. Is this normal for beginner runners? Do I need to just keep pushing myself or run for less time or what?
