Asked: the more you do exercise will it get easyier?

im 17 i weigh 154lbs i am so unfit! im trying to lose weight i get our of breath easily but say if i run around a park and maybe next time run around it twice will it get easier? i know i might not lose much weight but i am doin tiffany roath exercise 20mins a day and jogging/running but i get so breathless and my body hurts! please any advics thankyou

Asked: is this good breakfast for me since I’m on diet?

so I'm now 78.2 kg (172.4 pounds) and i was 81.9 kg (180.5 pounds) in the beginning of March when i started my diet. i'm 177cm tall (5.8 feet) and my goal is to become ~75kg (165 pounds) maybe by mid- or the end of April.

i've been on good diet avoiding oily and fatty and sugary foods and been jogging and working out.

so today's breakfast was:
3 eggs fried (only 1 yolk) with just a few drops of vegetable oil. 1 small tomato and 1 small green pepper (with a bit of lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil) and salt and pepper. and 3 almonds and 2 walnuts.

is that good or too much?
