So I had unprotected sex on my last fertile day which was November 18 . On christmas my period was suppose to come but it was a no show . On the 26th I took a test and came out postive . I took it again the day after and it was negative . I was like WTF I look at the expired date which was due to 2016 . So a week later I went to the hospital to take a blood test and a pee test and once again negative . Until my tummy ended up growing with movements . I have irregular period that comes very heavy and bright red . This time my period is reddish brownish and medium not heavy like before . The symptoms fpr me was so noticable besides throwing up . When I finally did a ultrasound I figured they'll see what's going on but they told me I wasn't pregnant they didn't see anything . I was confused and shocked . I tried jogging and eating healthy but my stomach is still the same it doesn't want to go down . I did some research on "I didn't know I was pregnant and boooooy was it very interesting! But has this happen to anyone before ? I'm really scared . Please negative comments thanks .

Hey guys,basically im 15 turning 16 in august,I'm pretty skinny not like amazing skinny though,I can see my upper 2 abs.
My goal is to get a toned muscly body with a nice set of abs and other muscles.
What I'm asking is if this routine will get me it and if there's any improvements to be made?
Im also doing 30 minutes of running/jogging/walking a day on my off tennis days to build endurance and speed for my tennis and for school athletic carnival.

I have only recently started jogging and i run a mile and a half every night and it takes me 10 mins to run it. I want to build up over a few months so i can be running 3-5 miles fairly easily. I only started on Monday and i was planning on running every Monday – Friday increasing the distance next Monday and then increasing the distance the Monday after that and so on. Is running Monday – Friday and resting at the weekend a good way too improve fitness? (I don't mean muscle growth i mean stamina).
Also will my plan help me to gradually improve the distance i can run?.

I'm currently doing cardio exercise twice a day. One in the morning (jog and walk for 2hrs) and at night (jog and walk 2 hours). Is this enough/right? And I don't have any diet yet but I usually eat 2x a day. Lunch (rice, meat and fruits) and light snacks at night. Please also suggest a diet I can use to lose and maintain my weight. Thank you!
