Last summer I had a goal to lose 5 pounds but it never happened. Over this year i gained 4 so I'd like to drop 10 by September (possible?). I'm looking for people who have experience with diet pills, exercises and plans to lose about 10 pounds.
I've heard some positive things about Thermo Phen Phen Gold as a good weight loss aid. Has anyone had good results from that? Any kind of weight loss aid/pill, natural or not, PLEASE leave your feedback on it here!! I want to make sure I buy one that has good reviews.
I'm naturally a pretty healthy eater; I love fruits and veggies and rarely eat fried things and love whole grain/high-in-fiber foods. I just have problems with portions and eating when I'm bored.
When I'm dieting I plan on power walking/jogging at the track for 3 miles 3 times a week and about 20 minutes of yoga a day. I work 8 hrs a day 5 days a week so that's all I really have time for. Anyone with good yoga poses or light calisthenics that are good for toning, PLEASE let me know?!

I have been exercising 3 to 4 times a week ( jogging 2 miles, bench and military press,curls, and crunches) for the past six weeks, and have had noticeable muscle growth in my arms and torso- but that tiny layer of fat is still there! I can feel a six pack under it, but I cant see it just by looking at my torso and its driving me crazy..I do not eat over 2600 calories daily (which is 200 calories below my calculated metabolism), i drink a protein shake at the end of my workout (about 9 pm), and i go to bed between 10 and 11 pm. what am i doing wrong?

I'm a 22 yr old female, 5' 5 and a half and 120 pounds. It's really hard for me to gain weight and I've always eaten deep fried and fast food and sodas which I know are really bad for me. So for the past month or so I've cut out fast foods from my diet and I've been eating really healthy. Only whole grain breads, lean or grilled meats, ALOT of fruits and vegetables. I also started speedwalking/jogging on the treadmill for 30 mins last week. I love doing cardio so I would like to keep it up, but if I do, will I get too skinny and lose too much weight? I just want to trim up a bit and lose some stomach fat but other than that, that's it. Is this a good idea or will I look anorexic if I keep doing this routine?
Can I maintain close to my weight I have now without losing if I'm only eating non-fat, healthy foods?

Okay, i'm practically 14 and… i weigh 171.6( Last measured 2 days ago). I really wanna get down to about 130 ish. By the time i'm 15 Is their any way I can loose that much in a year, Without using any like P90X Or Insanity? I do go to the gym, not so often tho, I do some jogging and i dance for workout. At the moment I want to lose weight from my arms and underarms but mainly to tone and flatten my stomach. At the moment I am 5.2 and weigh 60kg. I plan on every morning at 6am to jog/run on a treadmill for half an hour, seven days a week. Than on tuesday's, wednesdays and fridays I plan on going gym for an hour those days possibly running on the treadmill, exercise bikes and the elliptical cross trainer and the stepper. Along with this on the days when I don't have much homework the minute I get home I plan on going for another half hour on the treadmill. On the weekends I MAY also go for a quick walk around the block with my dog for a 15-30 minutes.
I will be eating healthier, although I am always confused on what to eat. I will only be drinking water etc.
Will I reach my goal of losing 5kg or getting a flat stomach? And if so roughly how long?
