My father is 58 and he was quite fit (jogged 5 KM daily and did exercises)until a few months ago when he started experiencing muscle spasms throughout his body;So much so that he now finds it difficult to even get up from the bed .All medical tests-calcium,vitamin d,blood etc. have come out as normal and his MRI shows slight disc dislocation in the lower back but that is not where the pain is concentrated.PLease help with diagnosing his condition

What are some exercises I could do now and for the next few months (maybe year) to tone up everything?

I am currently 260 lbs. Well somewhere around there. I want to lose weight. FAST. I'm starting to think about fasting. I think I can do it. Don't bother telling me how its unhealthy and all that stuff. I just have a quick question about it. I want to keep away from all food for a week to try it out and want to know how much weight I will lose. But, would it help me if I still drank water? Literally just water for a week. Will I lose weight at all if I still drink lots of water? Will I see better results if I keep away from food and drink? I will also be walking/jogging about 1 – 2 miles every night.

I am debating bankruptcy and am extremely confused as to whether I need to do that or go for an IVA, I am using an extremely great Company (charity/government run) to help me with this but would be interested to hear from people with experience of these.I have 18k debt and am a single parent…..I think Bankruptcy would be good in that it clears in a year and Im worried about an IVA tying me down for 5 years…..i just dont know…am I letting my children down by becoming bankrupt, Im scared, and dont know what to do

For about 3 weeks now I've been having the same nightmare or night terror and in it I'm running through this fogg or smoke and I'm either following this bird or being chased by some kind of animal and right before I get to this cave opening I wake up all sweaty and panicked and every time I go to sleep I wake up like 3 hours later and then I fall back asleep only to have the same thing happen again and this has been going on for about 3 weeks every night I haven't slept hardly in those 3 weeks. An it's starting to affect me I fell asleep today at work standing up please help me sort this out.

Iv lost 6lbs just recently, but need/want to shift a lot more… I'm off to a hen night and wedding in 3months, and sooo want to look and feel nice!!

Iv cut out ALL junk food and fizzy drinks, and eating fruit, salad, veg, wraps, pittas, lots of water, low fat yoghurt and all things healthy!!
I'm a home care assistant, so always on my feet and rushing around, I do 100sit up before bed, about a hour dog walk with abit of jogging included and go on my wii fit when I have time.

Has any one got any adive for me?
My ideal dress size is a 12, will I make it doing what I'm doing??
