How can I get rid of my stomach fat without going to the gym?
I'm 18 and weigh 74kg, 5ft 10". I'm pretty muscly and all but my stomach just doesn't want to go down.
I don't like the gym.. I like to do things on my own. So how can I get rid of my stomach fat at home?
I've heard riding bikes works your abs, but that won't get rid of the fat will it?
Jogging isn't really an option because of my work load. I wake at 5 and get home at 6 and then sleep for 6 days a week. I don't have time for it.

I am a gr. 7 boy. I had track an field a couple days ago and I dident do to good. My 800m time was 3:42 minutes my 400m time was 1:34minute and 200m I got :34:78. I want to get faster so could you please give me some tips? Work outs or routines so i can get faster?
Also my mentality when i am running is not that good. I tend to jog instead of sprint at the end of any race. Is there anything that could help me?

for my diet i try not to eat bread or cheese and lots of fruit and veggie and meat. i suffered bulimia for 2 years now … and im done. i am stopping. my doctor said if i keep on throwing up and binging i will die, this eating disorder have effected my life so much,,,, i lost so many friends and i have to go to summer school because i failed all my classes.
my dad and mom are supporting me and so is my best friend so far i lost some weight . but before i was binging and purging i weighed 144 pounds then i gained alot of weight i was 185 pounds now i am 168,,,,,i ruined my body,
okay so i am working out everyday at the gym i lift weights and i jog 2 miles.
i take my vitamins everyday i take ultra women daily multi packet ,papaya enzyme , and safflower Oil ,fireball and fiber-lean.
breakfast-
smoothie -1/2 cups of frozen blueberry , 5 strawberry's , 1 banana , 1/2 cups of Valina yogurt
gornala bar called good and natural or i have a protein shake with a banana (can i add peanutbutter in my protein shake? my dad said no because its a weight gainer is that true?)
lunch-i eat any type of fish or chicken but today i had 2 cans of tuna i added lemon peppers ,raw spinach, 2 boiled eggs and i had 1 can of kidney beans and i cup of peas (i made a salad) and then i had 1/2 cup of valina yogurt with 1/2 cups of frozen berries
dinner- i have backed fish or chicken with baked potatoes and veggies with a salad
snack -protein shake
i know i eat alot but not as much i do when i bing
so tell me what im doing wrong and i am very active i work out every day

NO SNACKS. I posted this and some people said i am starving myself but otherse said it was a good plan for a diet??? Is it????
For exercise i swim, go to gym for 2 hours, 50 push ups, jog for an hour, yoga and horse riding.

I know, a lot of you will come here to lecture me about starving myself and how there are better ways to lose weight, but please don't. I can't exactly exercise. I can't go jogging because I'm asthmatic and I'm too young to go to a gym. I have really bad eating habits plus all my parents buy is junk food. I've talked to them about it but they say I'll be fine. No matter how much I ask them to buy healthier foods for me, they do nothing. The best option I've found is to just starve myself. I have two questions:
How long will I have to not eat to lose at least 5kg?
How much weight would I lose in one week?
I want to stop eating, but not entirely. My parents have agreed to buy some fruit (mainly oranges and bananas) so if I eat 1-2 of them a day, would it help to keep up my energy?
Please, I don't want any lectures or recommendations to diet programs. I just want straight up answers to my questions.
I've also had people telling me that exercise and eating healthy foods is best, but please, if you feel this way, reread what I said. Maybe then you will realise that I just want answers to my questions. If you don't have answers, please don't reply.

I'm 19, female, 5'7 and my starting weight was 258lbs. I currently weigh 221lbs.
I'm starting my 15th week of working out and I want to know if I should add in more time to my work out, or just push myself harder during the time I have? I started off doing 20 minutes 6 days a week on the treadmill going roughly 2.3 mph, slowly bumping up the speed and adding in jogging intervals.
Over the weeks I've bumped up my time to my current 40 minutes 6 days a week on the treadmill. I have a speed of anywhere between 3.0-4.0mph during my work outs, walking, jogging and light running.
I've been doing 40 minutes on the treadmill for 4 full weeks, and am just starting my 5th week. Is it okay to stick with doing 40 minutes 6 days a week if I push myself by bumping up my speed and incline (my incline is 4.5) ? Or should I make it 45 minutes 6 days a week, or more? I could really use the advice.
( I dont need eating advice answered in this question or to be told to drink water and what not, thank you :] )
