Okay so I'm 15, 5'2" and 135 pounds. I lost alot of weight in the last year, I used to be like 200, but I didn't exactly lose it in a way I'm proud (still aiming for 100) and I have alot of flab and cellulite. I've starting jogging but I have asthma so it's hard, but I'm kind of progressing, I started off at 1 lap at a time on the school track (1/4 of a mile) and now I can jog half a mile without stopping. I do like 2 miles a day, I'll walk then jog and so on, so now I walk like 3 and run 4. Anyway, at some point I'm gonna be able to run alot, and I want to be toned. I also do sit-ups, squats and triceps extentions. If I do this every day, how long will it take me to see results. I wanna burn the fat on my stomach and thighs off. Thanks xx

I'm 15 (girl) and I love running because it makes me feel good, but I suck at it.I have asthma and recently lost ALOT of weight and this year I joined lacrosse for the first time.I thought the thinner you are, the easier it is to run, but I was wrong.Lacrosse helped me alot but I wanna be good enough to do cross country in two months.Me and my mom go to the high school track every morning but after the 1st lap I can't seem to catch my breath even after like 5 minutes.My mom says I should walk one, jog one and so on, but how does that help build endurance?Help?

I'm 14 years old and I have asthma. I've had asthma all my life. Recently I have been
having a blocked up nose that runs, m that hurt and my eyes keep on watering. I get alot of headaches as well if I'm in a warm place.When I'm sat in a hot muggy room my nose gets really blocked up and runny and my throat starts to hurt so bad that I find it really hard to breathe. The only way I can brethe properly is if I blow my nose. This also effects the way I talk. When I'm outside doing p.e or extra curriculum sports I wear a skirt and my legs and arm become really itchy. Is this hay fever and if it is what should I do to help these symptoms?

Danielle Asked: would an argentine dogo be the right dog for me?

I am thinking of adopting an argentine dogo puppy, i found one for sale online not far from me that is female, 6 months old, raised with children and another dog, and knows basic commands such as sit, stay , lay down, house trained and crate trained. the people bought from a breeder in quebec but they cant keep her because they already have a dog and their landlord says they can only have one. I have spoken with the owner over the phone, andI have an appointment to go and see the dog next week.
I have done lots of research on dogos after meeting two adult dogos that my friends boyfriend owns and fell in love with them. most of my research has told me that dogos are intelligent, loyal, affectionate and easy to train. some other research has mentioned problems with aggression towards other dogs/animals if not properly socialized, and destructive if not properly excersized. now my plan for this puppy is for it to be my jogging companion, i am very outdoorsy so i feel i wouldnt have a problem excersizing this dog. i have plenty of room in my home and outside my home plenty of fields and space to play and excersize my dog. the dog would be going everywhere with me ( i am a female and i dont like going out alone, so i want her for security) and doing everything with me from jogging, biking, hiking and also i want to bring her to the stable where i board my horse so she can come on trail rides with me. my concern about this is that being a hunting dog, i am concerned that she might not stay with me on trail rides and hikes because she is on the hunt for some other animal. but im sure that can be fixed if i teach her good recall? as far as socialization, there are many dog parks plan on taking her too, and at the stable she would have opportunities to socialize with other dogs, horses, goats and other farm animals.

I want to hear from people who actually OWN dogos, or have experiance with them. I want to know from someone who has lived with dogos if this dog would be right for me. I realize its kind of sketchy adopting a dog from someone who is not a breeder, but i wanted an older puppy and she seems like a good dog. I know they are still rare around here, but I just want to hear from someone who has experiance with them because ive done hours and hours of research but its the internet, people can write whatever they want. so I want a knowledgable source for information. again, i want someone who knows what they are talking about and who isnt bias, i dont wanna hear what youve "heard" about them i wanna hear what you KNOW about them, any useful truthful information would be greatly appreciated, and if you could help me by suggesting things i should look for when i go and meet the puppy?

Danielle Asked: How do I know if my dog has a tumor?

OK so I have a black lab that is turning 9 in May and I noticed this small bump about the size of a dime maybe a little smaller. It is red but it doesn't cause her to have any pain. She is eating and sleeping and running around and playing just like normal but the bump has been really bothering me.
What could it be? If it is a tumor how much would it cost to get it removed?

I used to be an amazing tumbler! I could throw anything, i loved tumbling so much. But my freshman year i was in highschool cheering and that changed everything. I was forced to tumble to my counts for my pass but my coach would put so much pressure on me and it scared me, also i was doing my layout and i fell down. After that i was fearfull to tumble for the longest time. I havent gone back to tumbling in a while cause it made me depressed that i couldnt tumble anymore becAuse of my block. i run and excersise alot so if i was to ever tumble again id be in shape for it. Now its my senior year and im really trying to tumble and cheer again! How can i get the block out of my head? oh yeah btw i almost had a double and i had standings. And i have been tumbling since 6 years old and cheering.. i miss it<3

Charlotte, sorry Tommy seems to enjoy hide-and-seek. I hated it when my mother called me Charlotte, it wasnt that I didnt like the name, I just preferred Charlie. I sighed.
Its alright mom, but guess what? I tried to sound enthusiastic but I had never been much of an actress, I just hoped my mom was fooled.

Danielle Asked: Why have I stopped loosing weight?

So I started dieting 15 days ago, I consume 1200 cals a day and fast walk/jog on the treadmill for 3 miles a day. Im also taking CTS360. So i have gone from 193.6 to 180.0 and have been stuck for 3 days or so at the same weight and its driving me nuts! I have the feeling nothing is working and I still have a long way to go. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions to start loosing weight again? Thank you to anyone who can help.
