Big bowl of multigrain cheerios w/1%milk
Lunch- peanuts
Waffle cone w/vanilla icecream(mr softy)
Dinner- small mcdonalds french fries (shared)
For some reason it seems like ive been gaining weight every morning?? Or is my scal broken?? i gained 3 pounds in a week
109-112 as of this morning
i haavent been drinking much water or eating alot of junk. (I have also been having to go to the bathroom alot.* #2*) What is wrong with me?? And did I eat alot??I don't want to keep gaining weight. I jogged 2 miles after. I'm 5'3 13 female.This has never happened to me before:(

i have been trying to lose 10 pounds for the past few months and i have been eating around 800 calories 6 days a week for the past few months (i have a cheat day), i've also been exercising jogging about 20 minutes a day. i eat healthily and the only reason the calorie amount is quite low is because i eat salads.
i've only lost a few pounds so i'm starting to get pissed off. so my question is, is starvation mode really that important and how much weight do you think i could lose by august 10th? i'm 125lbs at 5ft 6 1/2and 16

I plan on eating between 500 and 800 calories a day of high fiber foods, fuits, veggies, and fish.
And doing this work out every day except sundays so 6 out of 7 days a week :
180 jumping jacks
140 crunches
120 squats
100 leg lifts / reverse crunches
10 min of jogging
I just did this work out , took me about 35 min and it felt amazing! I could feel the muscles working and it tired me out a bit with out having to pay for a gym. How ever, I do not want to waste my time on it if I am not going to have results. So what do you think of it?
Also, on the sunday where I dont work out, it will also be my "cheat" day with my food. I am not going to go overboard but will eat around 1500 calories.
How long until I should expect to see results? How much weight will I lose? Will I get abs and tone with this?

Tues- jog
Wed- butt arms
Thur -jog legs
Fri- abs
Sat- swim
Sun- chill
(as well as walking home form school on weekdays 10-15 min and 2 hours of P.E-)
-At least 5 fruit or veg everyday.
-No more than one sugary or fatty thing a day
I'm 5'6 and 140lb. I have a wedding to go to so I'd like to lose at least 6lb or more.

I was jogging in the park a few minutes ago at around 4:00 A.M. and I wasn't really paying attention and I tripped over a crack and landed on my left hand. I heard several loud cracks and felt a sharp pain but it was too dark to really see anything so I just jogged home. When I got under my porch light I could see a that several of my fingers on my left hand were bent at weird angles. I think they might be broken. Should I go to the hospital? I could probably set them myself. I've done it to my arm before and it healed just fine.

I like to go jogging, and I'd like to lose a little weight. Is it better for me to go on a few long jogs a week, or go on lots of short ones every day? I am trying to build up my fitness, so I'm not amazing at jogging, but I can go for about 35-40 minutes at least. I would probably go on a long one (35 mins) about 3 times a week, or a short one (15 mins) almost every day. Which is better?
