Asked: how to lose inches off my waist HELP?

ok so im 20 yrs old 5'9 weigh about 200lbs and my waist is a 42-41 i need to get it down to a 38 so i can be eligible for enlisting in the navy i made alot of progress i started at 230lbs 6 months ago but impatient i jog about 1.5 miles 5-6 days a week 100 sit ups a night but there reverse crunches bicycle crunches twist regualr and do 25 reps each and end offwith 30sec-1min plank and i eat about 1900 calories a day please i need advice

For example sound there is no sound when I try opening you tube or just anything in general. I can't open Itunes it said "audio configuration" I can't open any video files, Microsoft word doesn't open either it says "click two run- configuration. When I turn on my computer it says something like "windows management instrument fail or something like that. I can't open windows movie maker either it says "class not registered" On facebook I can't upload picture. When I click add pic it just won't open the files. HELP??? PLEASE

Asked: Have i ruined it? (10 points)?

After 4 days of dieting, Drinking 4 bottles of water And 3 hours of exercising daily. ( Trying to loose stomach fat!) I just ate bacon ribs and cabbage. I'm scared I've ruined my diet? Is it okay if i had a one off today? I'll be going on a 1 hour 30 minute walk/jog Soon. Thanks ill give Best answer

NO LIES! BE HONEST! She is shy with blonde hair. I sit next to her in a English. We are both in 11th grade. The only class we have together. When we are doing a worksheet or reading she always put her head in her hand looks in other direction so that all i see when i look is her blonde hair and the back of her head. She runs her fingers through her hair all the time. We dont talk unless instructed to by the teacher. It is awkward most of the time because neither of us talk to each other. She talks to her friend who sits in front of me but she doesn't talk to me. She tries to straighten her shirt every so often. She keeps her purse or bag always on her lap and sometimes fiddles around in there. I have caught her a few times texting someone. She flips her hair around too.I don't know if she has a boyfriend or not. I dont know if she stares at me a lot but every once in while not necessarily in that class but in other places My friend sometimes points out to me or tells me that she is staring at me or looking at me. when i look at her when we rarely talk she smiles at me. When she talks to me she will come closer to my desk and put her head on her hand and look at me. When she is forced to talk to me she always will start of by saying so…. She is always in a hurry to leave and is usually one of the first out the door when the bell rings. I get mixed signals from her depending on the day. If we work in partners and we chose them she usually picks her friend who sits in front of me and not me. She will ask her friend who sits in front of me for paper or pencil but she will not ask me. She hangs out with other guys and girls at break or after school but i think there just friends. I have never seen them hug or kiss. I dont have her number and i dont see her until April 8th. I miss her so damn bad. IT HURTS!!What do I do? What is she thinking?
Ps.I'm on spring break Ive known her since 6th grade. Not stalking just what i and others have seen

Finally, i moved on from the last guy and liked a new guy! But i was always scared and i still am scared to start a new relationship.

This new guy from the beginning had asked me multiple times to be his girlfriend. I said i wasn't ready. Can i also point out, he won't be staying in the same country as me in a years time so I was seriously worried about whether we had a future. I still went out on dates with him but when we ran into someone I knew or he knew, i would move my hand away and panic. I don't know why. Anyway, there was an instance where he did the same and i told him off for it. But i ended up doing it again. For a month, he kept asking me, what we were? And i just couldn't answer that question. But definately not my boyfriend yet. I wanted to get to know him. We had a night of snacks and movies and he was trying to sleep with me. But i pushed him away. The next day he asked me again what we are and again i didn't answer so he said we should go back to being just friends. I thought he had changed so suddenly, so i called and texted to find out what was going on but he ignored me.

So i didn't contact him for over a month. And being a typical girl, i put the blame on myself. I shouldn't have pushed him away. I should have taken a risk. Now the chance is gone. I started to regret.

I finally stopped avoiding him. So the next time i went out partying i got really drunk, he rushed to my side to take care of me. I got so confused i just thought he didn't care about me anymore. I sent him a thank you text the next day and he said no worries. The week after he got drunk, and started kissing me again and talking about the things we used to do, and blurted out, i really really really want to be with you but i know i won't stay in australia. he said for the past month he hasn't been able to sleep well because of me. When he tried to sleep with me again i got angry and assumed he was drunk and just wanted to sleep around so i told him to find any other girl for that, and he got angry and said he only wants to be with me. I did sleep with him. It was our first time. I left before he woke up because i had to get to work the next morning. But our situation hasn't changed at all. We are still both not contacting each other. Did i make a horrible mistake? Do you think he was lying or telling the truth when he was drunk? I just can't bring myself to talk to him sober.

Okay so my left forearm is a little swollen. Like, I run my hand down it and I feel a slight lump. There's a dull ache and it feels weird when I push down on it.
