Asked: working out for summer time?

I'm 15, 110 lbs and i'm 5 foot tall. I'm a cheerleader and I'm trying to be 100 lbs (which is a normal weight for my height, I'm a flyer for cheer) & I'm also trying to have a better body for summer as soon as possible? I'm not fat but my thighs are getting there and i have a little stomach fat. I heard HIIT is good. Should I do HIIT workouts & run a 10 minute mile everyday? I also do tumbling twice a week and am trying to eat healthier.

Asked: Losing belly fat/overall body fat?

So I've cut from 73kg to now 61kg.lost quite a lot of fat overall and I'm 178 cm tall.weight isn't the issue now because I don't min gaining weigt as long as it isn't fat.but I can't seem to lose more fat especially around the torso.i know you can't spot reduce but I've been working out consistently and eating reasonaby well.every week,I do 3 different HIIT cardio(every week is a different kind but of course it will repeat ) maybe 1-2 times of 30-50 min jog.1-2 times weight training.i step up the intensity hoping to burn the fat but doesn't seem to work.how to get totally lean?

Asked: I want to lose weight by June?

I'm 17 years old, male, 5'5"-5'6", and I'm around 155-160. I REALLY want to drop as much weight as possible by June so I can look good this summer and be overall in better shape. I don't much want to starve myself because I know that has a lot of repercussions. I've considered going jogging or doing HIIT but I'm not sure, and I don't have the money for a gym membership or expensive equipment. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

P.S. I also really hate vegetables which has been a big problem over the years, I just really find them quite disgusting.

Hi all

I am a 27 yr old male, weighin 205lb I work in civil and drive a machine 6 days a week,

In my evenings I go to the gym for 2 hrs I get 7-8 hrs sleep each night and eat healthy, salads eggs oats fish lean meat and loads of fruit and veg,

I have being going to the gym for about 5 weeks – 45min cross trainer 4 nights a week – 40 mins treadmill between walking and jogging between each machine I burn around 450 of calories each. I also do a few weights arms and chest but not so much , I also do an hr of spinning twice a week.

I am in the gym 6 nights a week and I don't feel tired or restless ever.

I'm trying to control my calories which I'm tying to get a goal of 1400 daily but something's I only reach 1200 or 1000 I don't feel the need to eat jus to cover the remaining calories.

I drink 3 litres of water a day and in the past 2 weeks I'm taking thermo burn shake morning and night time , this is to burn fat quicker and also repairs mussels and ups the metabolism also .

I have weighed myself and I haven't lost any weight and also I don't feel or look like Iv lost my belly fat which I'm so paronid in havin and makes me so uncomfortable having

Please all help me and let me know where I'm going wrong?

I need to lose midsection inches, i have to make a tape size for enlistment into the army. If i did tons of crunches and core work, combined with cardio like HIIT, jogging, elliptical, and bike. EVERY DAY, would it work or can u plateau with ab and core work? I remember high school weight lifting coaches saying abs recover so fast u can do them every day. My problem is im gaining muscle everywhere and not dropping size, its healthy but its counterproductive to my goal.
