4 Years ago i knocked out my two central incisors and loosed 1 of my lateral incisors (tooth 10 i believe) in an accident. ( I was 17 years old)I had two root canals on the lateral and wore partial dentures and a Maryland bridge.After 3 years of that i wanted to get 2 implants.I went to see this doctor and he needed to give me a bone graft first.The bone graft looked pretty good, but it ended of failing, because he used cadaver bone, instead of my own bone (I have been told by multiple people, afterwards, that my own bone will always work the best when it comes to grafts).So i went to see this other doctor and he told me he wanted to pull the lateral, because even though I've have 2 root canals on it, it might not last more than 10 years, and it is a danger to infecting the bone graft he wants to do.(He wants to graft bone from my chin and he told me it wont recede during healing, because he has a technique of keeping it down.)He pulled the lateral tooth a few days ago and i'm still healing.He wants to do a 3 unit bridge with 2 implants supporting it.(1 on tooth 8 and 1 on tooth 10).He said that will have the best prognosis, because having 3 separate implants would be too close together and put a lot of strain on the bone.I didn't like the feel of my Maryland bridge at all and i am afraid that this fixed bridge supported by 2 implants will be annoying.It's annoying wearing my partial denture throughout the day, but it feels good to take it off at night.I'm afraid that with this fixed bridge, it will feel good during the day, but i will have a tougher time trying to relax at night.(I have insomnia)I've been thinking about my situation for weeks and it has really driven me insane a few times.Does anyone have any experience with implant supported bridges?How do they feel?Is it true that having 3 implants, 2 on the central incisors and 1 on the lateral incisors is too close?I will definitely wear a mouth guard if i do anything physical anymore, but what happens if another accident happens?I hear that knocking out implants do more damage than real teeth.The doctor I am seeing right now says that he plans on doing an ovate pontic. (Which means he's going to shape the gums to make it look more real)He says i'll be able to floss up there just fine and that my gums will be healthy for the long run and will not recede that much, if at all.Is it true that the gums and bone will not recede in the area where there is no root? (tooth 9 area, the middle pontic without the root)The total cost of the bone graft and implant supported bridge will be 9000 dollars.I believe it is around 3500 for the bone graft, 5000 for the 2 implants, and 300 for the extraction.Are these correct reasonable prices?

So heres the background story, Two days before april vacation I went up to this girl i've been admiring from a far.I had it all planned out, what i was going to say and all that. This was in study hall i had broke away from my friends and approached her, she was completely alone. When i was walking over to her i started to become very nervous almost to the point that my hands were shaking, i considered just going back with my friends, but i went up to her and sat at her table and said "I always thought you were beautiful and, i never had it in me to talk to you before but, i was wondering if we could get know each other sometime?" i was so unbelievably nervous i couldn't look her directly in the eye, my eyes kept moving all around the room as i said that line and my voice was shaking and hesitant. she could most definitely her the nerves in my voice. But she smiled once she realized what i was saying and said, sure but then she pointed out that it was almost the end of the period and that we should do this another time she suggested the next day, friday it would have been, i then reminded her that our study hall wouldn't meet on that day, so she said after vacation. and i said ok see you then, as i got up to leave she said thank you, and i smiled. that is all in the past now, and i must focus on the future.

I couldn't believe how nervous i got, the night before i kept prepping myself by saying if i get rejected it would be no big deal and stuff like that. i didn't anticipate me being that nervous, to be honest I'm very shy, but when i was a freshman and sophomore i had trouble talking to girls. but i grew up and realized it was no big deal and had no problem with it anymore. maybe i didn't see it coming because i'm able to talk with girls i don't have feelings for, i never talked to a girl i liked.

then the first day back to school after vacation, i was somewhat prepared to have a conversation with her, but then she was not there, she was not in the normal study hall room, she must have gone to the library instead. to be honest i was kind of relieved, i kept thinking of when first talked to her and how nervous and jittery i was. i found out that she may not have been avoiding me later that day. iwas talking with my friends, and one of them asked who we were all going to ask to prom(prom was about a month and a half away at this point) my friends got it it out of me that i planned to ask her, when i said her name one of my friends said oh she's in my english class. he has the same teacher as me so its the same class just a different time. our english teacher had assigned this big research paper for us to write. so i think she was in the library working on that not avoiding me, or using it as an excuse to avoid me or she forgot about me.

Either way she hasn't shown up to the cafeteria(the normal study hall room) since then. at first i didn't know what to do but then i decided i must find her in the morning and talk to her and get her to come to the cafe, i couldn't think of anything i thought would be the right thing to say and again i was too godman nervous to approach her again. so i kept trying to pump myself up into doing it and listening to music and going for a jog to try to clear my head. then came the last day prom tickets were on sale ,may 16 it was, she had never came to the cafe for study hall again, i suppose be cause the library i quiet and she would always be reading in the cafe where it is very loud, so she now goes to the library for study hall now. i was so determined to ask her that day i even had the money for tickets. but when i found her in the morningshe was with her friend and that and my nerves prompted me to give up. later i saw her during passing time on my way to the cafe for SH, she was in the line to sign in the library it was my last chance and i gave up on it because of all of my bullshit.

Now i have two and a half weeks until i graduate, i will never see her again after school. i think i still have a small chance with this girl but i just don't know, and i don't know what to do about my nerves and when i think about what i should say or do my mind just draws a blank. when i imagine myself approaching her i get nervous then, i can't think of what to say or anything. maybe writing this insanely long thing will help me, but i don't wanna give up on this but i just don't know what to do. is she avoiding me and I'm just trying to be optimistic about it or did she maybe forget. she seemed very happy when i first talked to her. but now I'm just so frustrated i just don't know what to do.

sorry for this being so long but i just need to vent, please any advice is appreciated.

My son is 23 and moved back into the house about 5 months ago.He's a college dropout with astronomical student loans and no job.He's been half-heartedly looking for work, but has found nothing.He spends most of his time playing with his band, playing video games, surfing the internet, and building Star Wars props in the garage.He sleeps all day and is awake all night, and drinks like a fish.He is a compulsive spender, and every time we take his credit card away, he complains he has no money so we give it back, only to have him run up bills for cigarettes, video games, alcohol, and crap for his band.I don't know what to do, and he's never around for me to talk to.Any input would be appreciated.
