Asked: Does my crush like me? (Preferably a guys opinion)?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma and I would love some help. I would preferably like a guys point of view who may have experienced something like this, but I am perfectly happy with anybodys opinion!

I have a crush on this boy in one of my classes. We share a few likes and dislikes, and we are both very athletic (We both have PE together). I have definitely grown feelings towards him, but I have a few problems…

Another girl in my PE class is also very athletic, a good friend of mine, and has known my crush longer than me. My friends and I tease her about him in the locker room that she likes him, and I really think she does. My crush doesn't seem to really pay attention to her except for pulling pranks like pulling her hair and trying to trip her. They don't really talk, but I do know that they used to be best friends in elementary school.

We just did ballroom dancing for PE, and I ended up quite a few times with my crush. I was sick the first few days so I didn't know what the heck was going on, so he offered to help me and I ended up dancing with him for the whole day. I think that's when I realized I liked him. After a few days, the boys got to pick their partners, and he chose my friend. I was a bit disappointed, but as soon as 4 other guys asked me, he came over and said that I was already taken by him, completely ditching my friend. Another day, he chose to sit in between me and my friend as we were sitting boy girl. Our partners were on the right, and he plopped himself on my right AFTER my teacher said that.

Nowadays, we try to beat each other during the warm up jogs and the mile runs, but my friend seems to be tagging along with us a lot. Irrelevant? Idk…but she always gets defensive when I mention his name to her. I don't know her history with him, just the fact that she did like him, but never said anything until this year.

No one knows I have a crush on him, not even my parents. I'm known to be very good at keeping in my feelings, and I'm pretty sure its bugging the heck out of everyone. XD

Now we started a swim unit, and I mistakenly wore a bikini the first day. When I took off my towel, I saw him look at me while I was talking to my friend. I caught his eyes, and then he turned away. We ended up in the same lane and started cracking jokes about a guy who peed in the pool last year (different story ^.^)

My crush and I used to be rivals in student council, when I beat him at the race for presidency for both middle and elementary school. I heard from a few of his friends that during a game of truth or dare, he said that out of the whole school he would date me, but I don't really trust them because all they do is joke around. My crush and I have some history as in being partners in classes for a few things. A problem is is that I dated his best friend, and I don't know how he felt about it. He has had a few girlfriends in the past, but he is pretty popular, not to mention athletic, and at the moment, single, but I don't care about his popularity because I only know him in my classes, not outside.

My question is, do you think he likes me? Should I say something? Please be honest and not give me an answer that you think I would like better. An honest answer would be the best! Lmao, sorry for the long question Thank you!

Asked: How do I run a mile faster?

So for you runners out there, I need help!!! I'm NOT a good runner, but I try very hard in order to get a good grade in PE. Fitness testing is this week and I need to learn how to run faster/more efficiently because I want to be in the top ten girls with the fastest run time and get the President's Fitness Award(in order to get it I need to run a mile in less than 8 minutes and 30 seconds.) My fastest time right now is 8:35. I'm currently number ten of the top ten fastest girls, but I'm scared that once we run the mile again I'm gonna get pushed off the list, considering I BARELY made it. I know the girl above me got 8:27. So long question short, how can I run a faster mile?!

Asked: Can’t do PE because I am underweight. What should I say/do?

I am extremely underweight, I weigh in on average 110 Pounds, and I am a 6 foot, 16 year old guy.

My parents are try desperately to get me to gain weight, and one of the factors against it is that I must log in 9 hours of physical activity each week for school(under the BC curriculum in Canada)

What should I do?

They ask what my goals are…and my response is something like:

"Spend more time jogging, and stretch more often…Oh ya and I need to gain 30+ pounds."

Asked: Should I speak to my doctor before increasing my exercise?

My brother is training to become a personal trainer, and I've started out of the workout he's recommended (cross trainer, sit ups, crunches, lunges, dumbells, twist and shape thing and squats) and my PE group are doing that couch to 5k thing so I have to go for a jog everyday. Anyhow, my brother told me to fill out a par-q and it turns out there are a few things I need to check out: for example, chest pains (angina), dizziness and unconsciousness. I've been worried about iron deficiency anemia for a while now (my older sister has it) and these are both symptoms. I also have a reoccurring ache in my lower back from when I was younger, which I never got checked out (comes under joint pains apparently?). But yeah, I started my new exercise routine last week so is there any point in speaking to my doctor about it?

Ok so i was in PE class and i jogged for a little then i felt that my peroid came so i went to the bathroom and put a pad on because my peroid did come.. and before this day i had cramps . I was wandering why was my peroid soo early? Then the same day after 3 classes i went to the bathroom BUT their was no blood on the pad then after a day or so i started getting brown stuff on my underwear (which means that my peroid is over] But i only had it for 40 minutes. IM 16 years old and still a virgin.. does it mean i popped my hymen ? Or is it just my peroid being wierd. I also have the cold right now if it helps?
