i really dont know what to do anymore.i dont really care about anything and nothing suits my interest everything just seems so normal and boring i cant think of one thing that i like and whats worse i feel like im just locked in a cage unable to ever get out.i really dont know what to do anymore or where to start.i constently feel sad and feel like crying for absolutly no reason at all.i have asked for help many times already but the same answer just keeps coming back.its all about hormones and stuff thats what everyone says but i know thats not it and im tired of hearing it all the time i dont even know why im askinh.for.help again even though im probaly just going to keep getting the same half assed answer like always but i just dont know what else to do.i feel really empty inside to and sick.some times i also feel like theres nothing else i could possibly feel like doing becauase everything is just way to normal for me.but there is one thing that i think that i could do and have fun with and im pretty.much capable of doing it to but i have limits because im only thirteen yeara old and still locked up in my house by my parents useless and inable to do the things i want to do like dangerous stuff! i cant help but have the feeling of running freely and just jumping anywere like climbing onto my roof and just keep running and jumping from one roof to the other and it just wouldent matter to me if i got hurt or if i was in pain but no mattet what i say i just keep getting told by every in including my.parent to just give up and grow up like theres no point i doing anything anyway.and sometimes i kust get a really strong erge to get involved in a fight like a physical dangerous one but i cant help the way i am thats wjat i really love doing and im being kept away from doing.anyway so for the last time im asking for your help and strong advise.
PLEASE HELP ME!

I have been dating this guy for 2 1/2 years and I am so lost on how I feel about my relationship. Right now I feel completely miserable.. I have been crying for two days straight, not because we broke up, but because he recently went to Vegas to cheer one of his friends up. And I am really hurt by that decisions because I am only given 2 out of 12 months with him because we go to different colleges and he took off a week to go see the guy he is rooming w/ for a whole year. But I can't help having the feeling of still wanting to text him I love you good morning. I want to tell him about the dream I had.. But the other side of me is too scared to let go of the hurt. I am at a crossroad of how I feel because on one hand I am constantly upset at him for something, and a lot of time that has to do with my depression, but sometimes it is just the little things he does that ticks me off, like running of f to Vegas. When I think about our future together, that just upsets me too, because on one side I can see him in this perfect life with me because we both want the same things, but on the other hand I know that side won't happen for awhilebecause he is contracted with the military for 12 years. Our relationship has gone through basically everything, holding the other while they cry because of a bad day, death, bad news, surgery, anything, being there and still standing when stuff got rough, but also really hurtful things like I cheated on him, and he bashed me in a text message to this girl to keep her interested in him, and even going 4 months without talking because we were so mad at each other. But despite all that, we forgave one another because we know the other person is human, talked it out and set guild-lines and over all came out stronger because of it. There is a lot of times where I am with him and I just constantly think how it doesn't feel right and how I am just going to break up with him… But The thought of breaking up with him just puts a knot in my stomach. I can't actually think about life without him because it almost feels like there would be a black hole in the universe. And then I ration the reasons why I should break up with him, and all I can think about is how I feel hurt by him and how my head says it isn't right, but then I think about everything all the little things like him coming over after I had surgery the first week of our relationship bringing me a little gift everyday to make me feel better, sat with me all day as I slept even though I hadn't showered for two weeks and told me I looked beautiful everyday. Or making me dinosaur chicken nuggets and ice cream with a big lily in it randomly, after whispering tome "I cherish you" or the times where he opens the door for me, kisses my forehead, or tells me I am the most beautifulwoman even when Megan Fox is the screen. Or when we are sitting there he will do dumb things with me that makes me smile and giggle and those times I forget everything except him, hell he will even play the dorkest game with me, Pirates, because he knows it makes me happy. He is such a great guy, and when I don't put any thought into the situation, everything is fine, but when I think about things why am I never content with what we are doing, what he is doing, and most importantly why I am constantly thinking he is not right…

I may not be obese, but my Mom called me obese and teased me for my small saddlebags…By the way, I'm a girl. I'm 139 lbs and trying to get gain some muscle, lose some fat and get to around 115 – 125 pounds by Christmas. My measurements are 38C-29-40
I'm trying to get into circuit training, and I wanna know if this is a good, effective workout? I'll probably do 30 – 45 minutes of cardio afterwards.

5 minutes of rope jumping
20 crunches
25 squats
20 (all I can do…for now) push ups (I'll increase the amount by 5 weekly)
5 minutes of running in place
25 leg lifts
15 lunges on each leg
25 chest flies (ten pound weights)

And, repeat. About, 5 times. I'll do this every other day, 3 days a week. The other 3 days (I rest one day) I'll do nothing but cardio so my muscles can rest.

Will I lose weight and get rid of my saddlebags?

PS: As time goes on and I get stronger, I WILL increase the amounts, probably weekly. I do eat a healthy diet, with a lot of lean protein, lots of fruits, lots of vegetables and whole grains. I drink more than enough water, too. icon smile PLEASE help an obese girl!!?? :(((?

PSS: My parents won't let me outside to run because it's 120 degrees where I live. Running may be an option in the winter, but for now, please don't suggest it. Or joining a gym. I don't have money for that. Or time.

My daughter and one of her best friends hd got in a fight today and her friend told her that it would be better if my daughter killed herself. My daughter is 17 years old. Hi! i was just looking for some advice on toning and slimming thighs for teenagers. I am 14 years old and I have thunder thighs. I know every teenage girl thinks they have thunder thighs, but I have the real deal. I get very frustrated because I wear a size 0 on top (my torso is very small) and my pants size is 4-9. So basically, I look very disproportional. This drives me crazy! I wanted to know should I be changing my diet? Or exercise? or both?

Diet:
I am a vegetarian. I do not eat fish or meat. I eat eggs and dairy. An average day consists of:
Breakfast-Veggie Burger w/ salsa and cheese
Lunch-Salad, Sun Chips, Apple Sauce, Yogurt
Snack- Apple Sauce, Pudding, Yogurt, Poptart, and some bread and butter
Dinner-Lots of veggies, sometimes no carbs, and sometimes I will eat a limited amount of pasta or rice.

So my question is, what SHOULD I be eating? And what is NOT good for my thighs? Should I be cutting out carbs? Or dairy? or wheat?

Exercise:
Since I am 14 years old and I am an all A student I am doing homework A LOT. I try to incorporate homework with exercise. For example, I will climb the stairs while studying flashcards. I try to jog or walk every day (about 30 minutes) but that does not always happen. On average, I walk or jog 2-5 days a week. So what exercises are good on thighs? Is stair climbing or running better for your thighs?

ANY OTHER TIPS ABOUT LOSING THIGH WEIGHT? THANK YOU!
