I am almost 15 y/o, about 5ft6in, and weight about 155. People have said that I look less than that, but I know I need to lose weight. I have a lot of fat on my stomach, arms and thys. I am trying to lose about 20 lbs. and tone up before summer so I can actually look good in a bathing suit. I just started my diet today, and I think I did okay. For breakfast I had a banana, lunch I had part of a turkey wrap with cheese and a little mayo( I didn't eat a lot of it because it wasn't good), sliced apples, an some chocolate milk. When I came home from school I had a couple pieces of deer meat( that wasn't too good today either), some potatoes, and a cherry pepsi( I know it's bad, but I forgot when I came home ) today during gym we did 3 laps of running/ jogging intervals (about 6 laps around a track, idk how far that is) and I plan on doing another 20min interval later. Since its only 5, I figured that if I get hungry I will just eat an apple or cracker etc.. I know that I didn't eat a lot today, I usually eat more. I think it's because a few months ago when I tried losing weight before, I cut down on how much I ate a lot ( which was good because I was eating three times as much as I did today, and it was unhealthy foods) and it just kind of stuck with me. My friend wants me to run a 5k with her next June( which shouldn't be all that hard) and I got app to start training now so that I could still lose weight. I also got my fitness pal app to watch my calories.I know about different metabolisms and stuff, but all my friends are smaller, and more in shape than me, so I guess I'm just trying to keep up with their activity levels. Also, sometimes after school i get really hungry and start eating the sweets i know i shouldn't . Do you know how i can stop the after school binging? Do you think losing 20 pounds will be good for me? I think so.Do you think I should be doing more physical activities, if so what?I would also appreciate any good meal plans, even sites that I could go to to find healthy dinner recipes, so I can start making healthier dinners than what my mom makes., and so I could pack good lunches. Any tips and opinions will help. Thanks!!

This morning for breakfast I had a banana and water. For lunch I had a few bites of a turkey roll with cheese and a little mayo( it wasnt that good), a bag of sliced apples, and a chocolate milk. When I came home for school, I had a few bites of deer meat ( it wasn't that good either today) and potatoes. Sad to say, but I had a cherry Pepsi. I wasn't think and forgot not to drink it. Anyways, in school today during gym we did 3 laps around the entire school( which is about 6 laps around the track, idk how far that is). And later I plan on doing walking/jogging intervals for about 20mins. It's only 4 o'clock now, so I might have something little when I get hungry later like an apple or crackers etc. besides my Pepsi, how did I do for the first day of my diet?

Hiya, i'm a 14 year old girl and this is my weekly exercise schedule- i'm home schooled so i do this throughout my day during breaks….
Monday- 1 hour and 20 minutes cycle, 25 minute Run and a 2 hour ballet rehearsal
Tuesday: Run (for about an hour and 10 minutes) i also walk my dog for around an hour or so…
Wednesday: Cycle for 1 hour 20 minutes, then in the afternoon i do a quick 20 minte cycle
Thursday: Run for 50 minutes, then a 25 minute jog in the afternoon with my dog
Friday: Run for 50 minutes, 1 hour Ballet class (mainly stretching) and possibly a 15 minute run if i'm not too tired
Saturday: 2 hours gymnastics, 50 minute cycle and 25 minute jog
Sunday: 50 minute cycle, 1 hour and a half romanian dance rehearsal, and 25 minute jog
Could you give suggestions etc… and your opinions
I eat clean (not sugary, processed rubbish- mainly lean proteins ~my fave is turkey or chicken~ and wholegrain or multigrain carbohydrates)

Breakfast: 1 egg, half a cheese, turkey meat, green tea
Lunch:half a sandwhich,(1bread) turkey meat, the other cheese half, lettuce
Dinner: homemade turkey burgers, 2 pieces of meat (400 cals total) 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bread
