Asked: Is my son doing this deliberately, or should this be a concern?

Hi, my son is three years old, I'm worried about he's eye contact. Say like, my son and I are lying down and I call he's name, the first reaction should be to look at my eyes. However, he doesn't do that, and when I pull he's head to look at me, he would cover his eyes, laugh and run away. Plus, say like a stranger talks to him, he would acknowledge them sometimes, but he wouldn't look at them. However, he seems to engage with eye contact with people that he knows, his nursery teacher ( he's been in nursery for two weeks) was shocked that he didn't give much eye contact to her, but in the past few days has been giving a lot of eye contact to her, being social with her etc. She reckons he must be shy. He gives me eye contact when he wants something, when he's asking for my permission to get something, when he plays with me, when he wants me to see he's reaction I.e. Say if he see's a shocking image on TV, he would look at me,cover he's mouth, then look back at the TV. He also gives me eye contact when he wants to show me something..like a drawing.So I'm really confused, is he doing this deliberately.. And what ways can I improve he's eye contact and for himto stop being shy, if that is it.

Asked: My wife is Housewife .. what daily chores she should do ?

I work full time and make around180K and run business with few employees make around 30 K/Yr on it. Business takes at least 30 hrs every month. we have 2 yrs old baby and she goes to Day care for full day.

we have below chores to deal with at home.
1. Buy Groceries at 3 different stores every weekend
2. Laundry ( baby, wife and Mine)
3. dropping and picking up baby from day care which is about 6 miles away from home but not on my to office.
4. Check mails and clear them
5. Track and Pay bills
6. Clean Dishes,
7. Prepare Dinner
8. Feed baby for Dinner and give her shower.
9. Putting her to sleep
10. keep house clean. bedroom, kitchen and rest rooms.
11. all Misc like, PC repairs, Router connections, TV connections, Taking baby photos, Uploading and cleaning photos, Car repairs and take baby to ground or park.

I do 1, 3 ,4 ( my mails ) ,5 and 11 along with my full time Job and business. she is not involved in job or business even for a minute.

so, Now If I expect her to keep home clean and have dinner ready by the time I come home with baby at 6.30 PM?
I even offer her, I give shower to baby, if she completes her shower by the time we come home in the evening. she is not doing it.
when I and baby come home, part of the dinner is ready. she start feeding baby while finishing rest of diner prep. That puts her at 8.30 PM. and then she goes to shower along with baby. by the time they come out, it will be 9.30 to 9.45 PM.
so, we hit the bed around 10.30 or 10.45. So our dinner basically happens at 9.30 PM.

I would feel great, if she can get dinner ready before we come home and take care of baby ( feeding, and shower ).
is this too much to ask her to do ? she does not answer, when I ask what you do whole day.
How i can make her realize, this is not the usual way of dealing with week day routine ?

and I forgot, i do all Trash picking and throwing them out every week .

I am writing this email at 1.45AM, so you know what am going through. have to show up at work by 8.30 AM after dropping baby at Day care.

Please share your ideas to present my situation to my wife, so she would understand and starts doing few things on time with positive attitude. so we all can be happy. I wanted to work it out but not to fight with her.

I do not see any web articles on typical chores of a housewife in modern age. Pls help me. I might be successful in terms of my career but at Home, am a big failure. she is just taking advantage of my lack of skills to set the right expectations.

Im 5'0,180,24. I wanna do it the healthy way by losing two or thee pounds a week. My bmr is 2400 so ive been eatin 1500cal for a few weeks but i havnt lost anything. What am i doing wrong? How much should i run or walk or jog a day? Im not in good shape so i cant run a long time without stopping but i.can do what i can. I also have myfitnesspal app tht i count my calories with and record how much excersise n what type. I also have cut out all fast food,soda,and sweets like candy etc Also i have uverse TV.. is there any workout channels on there?

My sister graduated from high school last year and since then she's been staying home doing literally nothing but watch TV and go on the computer, for 8 months now. She wants to go back to high school to see a 15 year old boy who is not interested in her in anyway, and she is still looking for ideas to get back in touch with him, even considering talking to his family. She refuses to move forward in her life because the boy is all she thinks about, and she made it clear to me and our parents that she won't go to college or get a job until she meets the boy. When we try telling her that he's not interested, that those days are over, to move forward and go to college, she will scream, cry, and run to her room. She has landed in the hospital several times in the past 8 months and was admitted to a psych unit a month ago for two weeks. Just because she wants to see the boy. I'm tired of this whole drama and I just want her to be an adult, because she's not a child anymore, those days are over. She is stuck in a fantasy world where she believes she will get to meet him one day and hangout. She has no contact with him in anyway and he stated many times to stop talking to him. How do I get her out of the house to get a job, and get over the boy. She's gotten over many crushes in the past, but not this particular one, HELP.
