Ok, so instead of wasting $100 on a wireless adapter for my xbox 360 i decided to connected through my laptop. I'm using my school laptop, It's an MSI. When i go to control panel, internet connections, i am running windows XP, the internet I'm connected to, right click, properties, advanced tab and check the box saying allow other networks to access whatever, it comes up with an error saying an error occurred while internet sharing was enabled. and some other crap about lan and all. I've tried typing up tutorials on YouTube and help on google, but none of them worked. I would appreciate it so much if someone can tell me how to enable it or even what the problem is. Thank you.

Could this be why windows update which ran automatically a few days later took my fast computer that i had spent days rebuilding and turned it into a device that requires 200 seconds to close a browser window. I have a latitude d600 with Pentium m 1.6 MHz and 512 k ram. All i do is was videos and read email. When i reinstalled windows it ran super fast for a few days until windows update ran for the first time. Immediately upon reboot it was like a snail again. How do i fix this. ?

Asked: Deleting Read Only Files?

I run windows XP and am having a problem deleting read only files. Even programmes recorded on my freesat recorder to DVD will not allow deletion. No matter what I do the files revert back to read only. Is there somewhere I can reset my computer to allow deleting read only files?

So I recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 on my Acer Aspire One D150, which has a built-in webcam. When it was running XP, I could get to and use the webcam from the My Computer folder. Now on Windows 7 it's not there and I cannot find it. I went to Devices and Printers from the Start menu and found it there but it would not let me use it. It only popped up options for it. How do I get it to work? The webcam is by Sonix Technology.

Any help as to how to find and make it work, answer below!
